Sandra,

Thanks to you for your wonderful (virtual) presence in our board meeting two
weeks ago.  Your participation was outstanding and a sign to all of us who
were in Chicago.  Congratulations on being elected board Chair, the past
three years have certainly been a profound journey.  I look forward to
working with you and Randy in the coming year. You first assignment is to
not worry about things at ICA-USA, We have you surrounded with our gratitude
and love.
