[Dialogue] 4 Archive Qs

[The Howler]

As to questions 2 & 3.
The archives team has created a ‘key word’ search feature for the current
research. We will be meeting next month and will attempt to create more
‘tags’ for easier access to archive items.

We are currently working on audio/visual materials.  In May we will go
through the thousands of slides, gestalt into categories and have them
digitized.
We hope to catalog films, tapes, etc. and make some decisions as to what to
do. This is a huge task as there are ‘miles’ of this material.  We urge
anyone that has recordings that they feel are relevant to the archives to
submit them or duplicates. If they are already digitized, so much the
better. Be sure to label them as to content including dates if possible.
