Not set up at the moment, although there is a way to get emails of
changes. If you think an RSS feed is worthwhile, I will investigate.
The foswiki software is extremely full featured, but it's a while
since I've studied it. There are many plugins available, see:
http://foswiki.org/Extensions/WebHome
I would love suggestions of what might be useful.

wedgeblade.net has a powerful search function as part of the wiki
function for searching the repository content.
Your example, however, is a difficult one. The golden path is just
implemented as plain html taken from the CD without any special
search capabilities, it's not really part of the repository wiki, so
the search doesn't cover it.
I just experimented with a search for "indicative ethics", and got no
hits at the wedgeblade.net portal, but one hit at the repository
http://wiki.wedgeblade.net/bin/view/Main/WebHome. Interestingly
enough, the software offered me to subscribe to changes in the search
I did! So I could ask to be informed if anything in the future turned
up for the "indicative ethics" search.
