[Dialogue] "The Story and the Event"

Can anyone tell me how I might find a copy of a paper we used in one of our seminars called "The Story and the Event."  I think the author was John Knox, but I'm not sure.  I can't find it on the Golden Pathways CD or on the internet.  Would appreciate your help.
