[Dialogue] What the heck did we mean with "Contentless"??

I rather like the dictionary definition you came up with, Jim.  Weren't 
most of us always a bit discontented and dissatisfied??

In addition, to be slightly more serious, it's related in my mind to the 
little short course I suspect many of us use when training or 
facilitating strategic thinking and planning.  The one around 
Eisenhower's famous statement, "The plan is nothing.  Planning is 
everything."
