Just a few notes:

I thought Bob Booher also worked with Lee on designing and delivering the "Design Conference".

Lee gives me too much credit. I sold and delivered (with Georgiana McBurney and others) a Lens-type retreat to the Junior League of Chicago for $2,500. And a participant's husband was the CEO of Nuvatec and he wanted a similar program. I TOOK Lee to that appointment and HE sold it, not I. But the 12,500 match was correct. I distinctly remembering the CEO saying, "$2,500 for the Junior league and now it's 10X the price?"

Oh -- the good ole fun days!

Cynthia

You're in for another treat. Lee Early (supported by stringent linguistic editing from Leah) has been kind enough to write up for the ToP Network (formerly the ToP Trainers Network) the story of how the name Technology of Participation came to be. He's set it in the context of the early days of our LENS, International experiment, and the whole saga is simply not to be missed. It's on the Repository, here:

Enjoy, and add to it other bits which you may know --

        Gordon
