Agreed, Clare. It is a superb film. I've been viewing Geoffrey Rush since his days on-stage in the early 1980s - with the South Australian Theatre Company (doing a play based on the Rude Mechanicals in A Midsummer Night's Dream and Magpie (the theatre-in-education group doing Holman's Small Poppies). His body language, facial gestures, and voice work have been amazing. Then there's Guy Pearce as Edward VIII, a few steps back from his role in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. And so many other great performances.
Cheers

we could do worse than use "The King's Speech" if we need a new RS1 movie. It is amazing, and the figures are very representational of allthe important parts of the Trinity. It is also worth enjoying on its own. Clare W.

I'm thinking
-not hollywood
-short
-available on YouTube or Netflicks not Fox
-pithy, vivid
-real humans
-about really being-in-the-world
-more like Zorba less like the Englishman
-more like cooks in the kitchen less like "menu-choosers" in the restaurant
-more like dancers less like dance critics
more like this please!
