Dear Janice

Jorie is a very close, long time colleague,ToP Facilitator and trainer.  
The dialogue work of CPYen foundation is partly based on the ICA Taiwan 
Dialogue program.  She is also working with me in the SiChuan School 
project in which we are teaching imaginal learning to teachers in a 
school affected by the earthquake in SiChuan China.  She and other 
volunteers are working on writing an article to share the catalytic role 
of facilitation in projects like that so that it can be shared with 
organizations in Taiwan and China.

We are working to use Theory U not only in the dialogue program but as a 
frame for community and organizational change.  We see it as a powerful 
way to  incorporate other work with have done on personal spirit 
refection and common process with transformative action
