[Dialogue] Fw: Readings for Sandra's Transition

Other than the fact that the messages on cards sent are not included, I find
that the meditations are wonderful to brood over, take into myself in
preparation for my own ending at some point in life, and, perhaps find some
applicable to other friends and family who must face their immortality.
Thanks so much for pulling these together for us. Couldn't help but recall
the "Tibetan" book of the dead, with its section on how to assist someone's
journey into a new life. Perhaps it's our modern version - a grand way to
participate not just in the living phases of one's existence but in one's
dying and moving on into whatever awaits us at the end.

LiDona,
These are meditations upon our connections in the past, but also in the Now
- and by implication, in the future. Our connections to Sandra, and her
family, but also to each other. As we write and as we share, we meditate
also upon our own deaths and the meanings of our lives. Much gratitude for
the profound understandings that your work has brought to us.

Vigil Keepers,
Attached are readings compiled from messages received in response to Bob's
request. Please forgive me if I have in any way misconstrued your words as I
attempted to put them in a common format for ease of reading aloud to
Sandra.
I am continuing to compile messages received since her transition in a
separate file for Bob. I will send them to you later. Wonderful words of
honor and respect were also given during the early days of the vigil when I
was struggling to keep up with your outpouring of love for Sandra. I will
try to capture those at a later time, or if others have already placed them
in a file, perhaps you can send them to me.
It has been a profound privilege and honor to have been of service to
Sandra, Bob, their family, and each participant in Sandra's Vigil. Please
accept this collection of your words of solace and comfort to Sandra, Bob
and their family as an expression of my deep gratitude to each of you for
sharing in Sandra's Vigil.
Nameste,
LiDona
