[Dialogue] ToP Foundations

I have been working for some time on an article about the foundations of ToP
methodology.  I¹d like to share it with you. I would encourage you to read
it and provide some feedback. I¹ve learned a lot in doing this. I want to
learn more and help us all deepen our understanding and practice as ToP
facilitators. 

It¹s long and likely challenging. It certainly was challenging to write. So
­ it¹s kind of a long drink of water.

It is written in what I would call ³internal² language. I don¹t think it is
in a form to be properly understood beyond the ICA - ToP community at this
point. 

This is a draft version. As you¹ll see, there are potentially more sections.
I¹d like your ideas. I¹d like your corrections and questions. I¹d like ideas
on how to use it and what difference it makes. I¹d like to hear what
questions it raises for you. I¹d like to hear your thoughts on how it
impacts our practice as ToP facilitators. It¹s like a conversation and an
informal peer review.
