[Dialogue] Thomas Berry Course

Several years ago, Nelson and Elaine Stover developed a six week study
series of Thomas Berry's book, The Great Work, which was used in about 8-10
churches in the Greensboro area.  I helped lead a group at my church as part
of their mid-week curriculum offerings and it was well received.  A number
of you asked about getting the material but at the time the publisher had
limited its use.  Now through a special arrangement with the publisher, this
material is being made more widely available.  Contact Nelson or Elaine
(below) for next steps.  
 
The attachment above gives other educational opportunities that are being
made available through the Green Schemes Educational Division.  Green
Schemes is the company that Elaine  established for the work she was doing
in the area using participatory planning with a focus on ecology.  Just this
last week I was pleased to attend a reception honoring Green Schemes that
highlighted some of the work that has been done in the Greensboro area,
including the design of an inner city branch library where we met, which, of
course, had lots of green features.
