[Dialogue] Phone scammers target PC users with phony virus reports

I've been called twice on this.  The scammers are ver convincing even to the outsourced tecnician accent.  These call have uncovered the very cranky old lady in me.  Thanks for sending this.  It confirms my logic and intuition.
