Volume Two of Joe's Talks, "Bending History,  is now available. The 
Editorial Team commends it to you (Marilyn  Crocrocker, George 
Holcombe, Clancy Mann, Jim Wiegel, George Walters and I). Its focus 
is on Joe's talks related to Societal Reformulation, the NSV, and 
highlights the methods that were involved in Town Meetings and Social 
Demonstration projects.

Highlights include a clear introduction to the social process 
triangle by Clancy Mann as well as Joe's early comments on it. Also 
the book contains Joe's testimony before Senate committees on both 
Fifth City and Majuro, and his reflections on trips to many other 
projects. It begins with a chapter on why this is an appropriate 
undertaking for the Church.

But it's more than history. It discloses the methods and 
presuppositions that are needed for effective societal change. With 
all the current uproar, something like this is very much in order.
