One little additional piece....David Broadfoot lived at Kemper in the early 70's and married a young woman there named Sherry Bryan (or Bryant). Around 1973 or 74, they went out on assignment, but did not stay together. Not sure of his profession, but think he was a grad student when he first arrived.

Hi All -- There was a David Broadfoot who became related as a regional
colleague to the Philadelphia Religious House in 1971-72 when we were
assigned there. Then the next year Joe and I were reassigned to
the NYRH where David would often show up for House Church and Ecclesiolas.
He was a young, single, charming man. I'm guessing one of the lovely,
single young women who were house members at the time might remember him better
than I do (Lyn and Nan Bailey; Joanne Slicker, Jan Dodd, Jenny Skillman, Laurie
Seacord to name a few.) My recollection of specifics re: his
profession is foggy -- somehow I associate him with civil engineering or
landscape design.

I think he was from Crossroads Institute from
Canada. I remember his being on the West Side for a short while.
Rehab sounds right. College or graduate school age as I
recall. Mark Welch might be a source of more info. Lynda

Marge,
david scott here --
That name rings a faint
bell. Was David an architect student, maybe who spent some time on the
West Side working with apartment building rehab? That maybe a wild shot
but maybe worth a try.
