Wayne, et al.,
Is Focused Conversations (workplace version) out of print? Someone here is having trouble finding it.

YEA ! ! ! !

I just ordered 20 of them for our bookstore and to give away to course participants. I am so glad this book is back in print.

It will be back on our site when we get them.

This work is amazingly good, as you know. I mean - it's neat when one of our colleagues publishes and we like to see what they write and celebrate with them. This is far beyond that. My copy is dog eared and coffee stained.

The application of the Social Processes Triangles in an organizational setting is the most practical, useful version of the concept I have yet seen. When people look at it, they can see their own organizational processes. They can, with some help, see the dynamical relationships as the processes interact. This tool helps people think structurally as they consider the shape and direction of their organization.

We use it in our Organizational Transformation course and we are beginning to get more inquiries that include words like organizational change. To me, it is a very encouraging sign telling me there is a movement toward structural / systemic / culture change. Some do look for strategies to keep their old modalities working, but more are realizing they need to step further to be fully successful and satisfied.

Our deep thanks to Priscilla, Joel and our colleagues at TeamTech for doing this work.
