Here is the vision workshop (procedures -- look familiar?)? I used in 1-2 day strategic planning sessions? and taught in my facilitation courses..? Since I plan to card=storm strategies later, it gets away from card-storming every session.

I don't do contradictions;? Instead I do an Accomplishments and SWOT analysis before the vision (again avoiding card-storming which gives people a headache when done for each session.

Most clients expected SWOT analysis, so it is easy to do at the beginning of a strategic planning session, starting with Accomplishments at first.(a real mood booster!).)

Besides the procedures, attached in the same doc is the result of two of such vision sessions.? Done easily and thoughtfully,, both clients were very happy.? Each vision session took about 45 minutes.
