I read the whole article. Its hard to believe that the way the aboriginals
burned produces similarly less carbon than now. How will they calculate the
difference? This is great if the powers that be can let it happen. I
wonder if we understood this when we were there. Its a little like not
finding out that all the bombs and shells were on the atolls in Majuro
until 10 years late and being able to do something about it. Another case
of the local people knowing better what is needed rather than outsiders.
