

ICA REFLECTS WORLDS PROBLEMS
The social structure of the ICA as presented in the
mind maps is reflecting the problems of the world. The ICA is
small enough, they might be able to make corrections. The ICA
must be a model to the world they serve. We see a lack of cooperative
spirit. Not functioning as well as a family does. They have to
function better allocating money jealousy in allocating
money. The Chinese family allocates resources to meet the needs
of the family. They will train their ;children to meet the needs
of the family and to the capabilities of the individuals. They
want to insure the whole family succeeds and the brightest return
the fruit to the family.
"Democracy" fosters a leveling a lack of creativity and leadership. Western education has fostered that everybody is equal. That starves the whole culture for it holds back the brightest and it also makes the ones who do get special training very egotistical.
Is the ICA organization reflecting too much Western
culture, too much western education? They have tried to get around
this by creating their own language, an attempt to have a language
not identified with previous meanings. This can be related to
the 60's. perceived problems seem to originate from present Western
culture.
Is the ICA organization reflecting a midlife crisis? Are they reprocessing childhood issues? Is it what they were trained to relate to from 5 to 9 years old?
Are the members of the ICA caught in roles? Perhaps
they haven't a fluid enough concept of their possible roles. Are
they ready for a change?
People in the ICA seem to have lost their "safe
spaces"; places where they had habitually agreed they would
cooperate, no matter what. The group may have to define what they
keep for themselves as individuals and what they will share with
others.
Each map reflects a role problem, cooperative problems,
lack of trust. We think the maps reflect Western culture, Western
education. The maps are reflecting that people have forgotten
how to Function as a unit.1 There is no place on the four maps
that reflects a goal to be worked toward. The maps go deeper and
deeper into themselves, and that is what is happening to the world
right now. Only a few are looking out, asking what do we all need
and how can we all share. The ICA has a wonderful opportunity
to focus on its own organization and the world, see what is needed
and relearn how to prioritize and share resources.
MAP SUCCESS
Analyzing blocking adds to the blocking. Analyzing
what has worked removes blocking. It would be very beneficial
to develop a positive mind map. What has worked in the past, how
has it worked, when has it worked, whet has made it work.
The Research Team in Toronto might turn their efforts in this direction, coming up with this data, not a long term gathering, just looking around at the material they already have. Take big success stories. Look to what the common ingredient are, those elements which have made them successful.
They will find right away there has been at least one individual with a vision, an inspiration From the higher part of themselves, called God within, to oo ahead and make a change. There are always the essential pathways to follow For the energy within is already flowing there. You do not have to build the dam, you do not have to redirect the flow For the Flow is already there. That is important in that if you force with the will, quite often your projects do not work out.
Gathering this data and deciding on what has worked and looking to those parameters for speaking together, the team in Toronto is somewhat at odds. There has been a kind of scattering of energy which has not been helpful. It is time to pull together as brother to brother, rather than scattering the energy.
What has been scattering the energy, indeed, has
been the underlying question of finance. Finances will always
be available where there is vision. The means to create will always
be available where there is vision.
HOW DOES ONE BEGIN | UNBLOCKING THE ICA?
How does one begin to unblock the ICA? "Open
the door." This expression will help the individuals to make
a shift or redefinition which will open up.' The door has to be
open beFore one can enter. What about when we cross the jam? We
will cross that bridge when we come to it. We will not go into
details on each issue but address issues that will decrease rigidity
so movement can begin which can then be responded to.
GUILT AND PITY |
SALVATIONISM ANO MARTYRDOM
The ICA has been directed to serve and help those
in need. But and a big but there are cracks showing
in the foundation paying off guilt or pity having
that as a motive for doing so. This guilt and pity are at present
part of the unconscious life of the ICA. Salvationism trying
to save others while we are in a state of separation conveys
a message of personal martyrdom. We are better than they are.
The job might involve some selfsacrifice. Guilt pity
salvationism and personal martyrdom are indications that
ICA is unfortunately partly immersed in the past; and they are
reasons why the ICA is not functioning at top efficiency.
We reported previously "past modes should be
omitted". Formally go through the grief process. As an organization
or as individuals you have not grieved the loss of your youth
or your idealism which will then let you go on in the present
and in the future. You should take the "past modes"
out of your mind map. You should be looking forward. Go through
the grief process. You see yourselves in the past mode. We've
done our job. Maybe it didn't turn out to be exactly the way we
figured, but we've done a good job. Have to get rid of livin_
in the past. The advantage of moving toward the future; if you
keep this motion up you will maintain direction. It's like a little
child learning to walk. They run to keep their balance; when they
stop, they fall.
ANGER AND CHANGE
Anger and hard feelings are byproducts of change. Change has to occur before new order. Ouring change all kinds of feelincs come to the s~urface. We see the ICA getting rid of personal frustrations that have been pressing for some time. Energy is shooting out of the planet, a tensionrelieving process. A similar process is occurring with the ICA. But we seem to be asking, what is blocking the old order? asking from an old age view. A better question might 'be, what is blocking the emergence of the new order? That is an interesting question.
What is needed flexibility. To be willing to change. To be willing to ask, what am I doing here? Am I accomplishing something. And, if the answer is no, having the willingness, the faith, to let go and move. Move yourself. If I'm not accomplishing anything here, I am obviously not supposed to be here letting go without knowing perhaps where you are going to be. Being able in the moment to let go, so the new thing you are supposed to do can come forth.
That is the whole key to the spiritual change in
consciousness as it's been called. Not so much that God will come
out of the sky with a great loud booming voice, "Now you
will be reborn"; as it is being very honest with self, what
do I get out of this, what do I want to get out? When inspiration
isn't flowing, stop and do something else.
People get attached to what they are doing and how
they are doing it; gives a sense of security; and the one thing
they don't want to do is change. However,with the type of cosmic
influence in the next 510 years, there will be change, and
everything that is not on purpose for self, will be pulled away
forcing the person to do what they need to do to be more
of who they are to be the best person they can be. And
quite honestly I feel that this is the same for this organization.
Things will be pulled away on a more macro level. Not going to
be doing stuff that is regressive.
Things are progressing. Things are moving very fast.
They are just to breakup or reform in a new way. Rather they prefer
a service. Greatest service for themselves and the planet next
few years is .to be willing to move with the flow c' chanae in
our lives, to adjust and satisfy the human need for creativity.
By finding those new channels and areas for creative expression.
This ties with what I've said with past community
culture being out of sync with deep undercurrents of spirit moving
in community and society. These deep undercurrents of spirit are
going to be carrying out some amazing new pathways. People will
be upturned and placed in new places as these undercurrents cut
through old ground.
What i5 a relevant form of service for the next 15 years in the organization? First oF all, determine what works. This has to be done very quickly. Not a 5year study, for it will change from year to year. Take a few weeks, look around and begin to use this as a rou~h blueprint. We have already spoken of the need for flexibility. Indeed, great flexibility. Great inspiration and areas flexibility. The willingness to move when there is no flow. The willingness to cooperate.!
We all have many, many leaders and very few followers.
This organization has been topheavy with leaders or those
who wish to direct the course of others. And yet you will find
the most successful projects are the ones where this ratio has
been inversely proportionate. In other words where there has been
many Followers and a great leader.
Relevant Service Looking to what needs to
be done. There are always areas which need assistance. Looking
to those with the optimum chance of succeeding and creating a
higher degree of selfsufficiency in the community.
THE USE ANO TEACHING OF INTUITION
What is blocking the use and teaching of intuition?
The belief that intuition is apsychologicalphenomenon
which, therefore, is sub~ject to distortions of inadequate and
imperfect psychological development. It is important to say that
the intuitive processes are associated more with the heart and
soul, than the mind, which at the moment are interpreted to beosychologicalprocesses
of varying degrees of inaccuracy.
OPEN THE DOOR
This report "Intuitives Look at the Institute
of Cultural Affairs" says in effect "open the door",
"let's go!" "Focus on the near present, right in
front of you." Accept the challenge create a Global
Village. "The challenges contain within themselves the answers."
The ICA can make history. "The solutions are written on the
moving wall of history."
This report is an Interim Report. After initial review
by the Research Node in Toronto some revision may be expected.
However, it is to remain an Interim Report without a Conclusions
section. Interesting.
Delos and the "expert intuitives" have
made a request of the ICA. We wish to follow the short and long
term effects of the information in this report; which material
is useful now and which material needs further development to
become useful to the ICA.
