Leaders are awakened individuals who operate out of an inclusive
context that is history long and worldwide. The Institute of Cultural
Affairs designs and teaches courses that enable leaders to better
understand themselves and be more effective leaders by providing
inclusive, futuric and decisional images of leadership. These
images provide them with opportunities for growth throughout their
entire life. The Institute also trains individuals to care for
themselves.
