The new man experiences the awareness of his participating
in the new servanthood which fulfills the deepest awefilled
dreams of humanness.
RATIONAL AIM | Imaginally present the New Church as the selfconscious global corporate people which has played a destinal role in the creation of civilization from the very beginning and is presently raising the possibility of continually tactically transforming global society through raising up of signs of this new society on the local level. |
EXISTENTIAL AIM: | To awaken in local man the dreaming of a better world and disclose this deep hunger for significant engagement on behalf of this future of the globe by offering a sociological arena in which the care can be acted out. |
:
When a 20th century man sees that he is on the crimson
line of history of all those in the past who gave their lives
to see that civilization was created, his own past is transfigured,
the human symbols that the church has guarded over the centuries
come alive in his own life, and the life decision of selfconsciously
participating in the humanization dynamic is inescapably placed
before him.
To experience the possibility of significant engagement
in the social process through the chastity and total expenditure
of a community of people.
To enable man to see his role in every situation
, to move in every situation wherein he can say I am a powerful
man or woman, to move the world. We are the powerful body of the
world and we are the hope of the world. We have to proclaim the
gospel all throughout the globe actively. We must participate
and care for the new church by experiencing the newness of life
and all visions of light and hope.
To be called into corporate consciousness as a group
by churchmen who receive the givenness of life as judgment and
possibility.
