LENS CRY: WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

How Will I Expend My Life?

Spirit Dimension

Today there is a rebirth of consciousness: that everyman is aware of the awe present at every junction of life and a compelling call from the deeps of his own being to burst out from the parochialism in which he is entrenched. This is due to the collapse of those forms which once freighted this dimension of human existence. He knows implicitly that the complex demands on his life cannot be answered or responded to without the objectivity he senses is available to him if he could only stand off from it all.

Man is questioning how he might respond to this cry of the deeps of his life.

How do we honor the awe, or how live, creating continually the awe of all life that is present in every moment.?

Existential

Man's aliveness lies in his realizing his need to be part of society, to be the one that aids in the creation of a society, and understands his relationship to that situation. His only stance can be one of decision as to the depth of participa6ion and action, and his clarity lies in the missional stance toward a society as a whole. One life, one response, one mission.

Male Malaise

The male, dwelling in a vacuum of society specified by the historic assignment to head of the family, must realize his victimization by self, society, and the family.. He is an economic fund, considered even by himself to be of a soulless nature, responsible to his occupational peer, and without either a carrot to follow or a vision to aid him.

Dynamic of Society

Pure Economic pressure of society has caused the perversions that have changed man's life, nature and spirit. Only when every part of man's life become equally relational will life for Twentieth Century man become rational.
