Spirit Movement Pathway

The 20^th century is experiencing a resurgence in the spirit dimension of life. The Institute of Cultural Affairs is participating in that movement by awakening people to full potential, engaging them in social responsibility and guiding them toward their human fulfillment. This pathway shares the understandings and forms the Institute and its constituencies have found helpful and effective.

CONTEXTUAL UNDERSTANDINGS

• projections of the future and reading the times in which we are living releases us to participate in the revolution taking place in our day

SUMMER COUNCILS

• group research done by gathering people together to develop theoretical frameworks and build models to conduct regional and local programs

REGIONAL LOCATIONS

• nurturing nodes of spirit life, pedagogical training and project directing are done with full time staff families and with movement colleagues
