COUNCILS, PRESIDIUMS, AND MOVEMENTAL COORDINATION | |
INTRODUCTION | |
The stirring of the spirit during the last twenty years has required that practical models be built to give concrete form to the Global spirit movement. Only in this way have the People of God been enabled to be mission to the world. The great turn marked the end of the experimentation emphasis and the beginning of gathering all the wisdom of the peat 20 years. This manual has initial steps in recording the most common practices developed throughout the Region, and is to be used as a practical tool in formation of Regions.he movement comes into being out of common concern and with a common understanding of the historical context. The intent is to serve the local situation and therefore the content of its meetings will be different and distinct, but the commonality will be held in the symbols and the meeting format. In giving form to the Regionalis dynamic four structures are necessary to bring about and sustain the mission. The first, the catalyzing force, is that person or group that initiates the involvement of grads in planning and decision making. The second, the Regional Council, is the highly symbolic gathering of colleagues for the purpose of celebrating the past and consensing on the plans for the future. Out of this council is birthed the third structure, the Presidium, which is a small representational group that does the concrete ongoing planning and decision asking of the Region. The fourth, the Coordinating Centrum, maintains communication, and carries out the practical enablement of the Region. In forging a new Region, this handbook is a guide, not an eternal model. Since circumstances differ from place to place, the process described is adaptable. Although the gifts of bureaucracy are to be received, it is important to stress mission and spirit to avoid making a Regional structure into a sterile bureaucratic centrum. |

REGIONALISFORMATIONCONCLUSION |
The rapid expansion of the Movement on every geosocial level calls for commonness in all structures. The forms described in this manual, on a regional level, can be adapted to the metro and polls. New forms will be projected as the movement begins coordinating activities on the area and sphere levels.
