Dear colleagues:

	On Dec. 18th, Barbara Alerding will be celebrating her 80th birthday. 
I want to make this a very special occasion for her. Any of you who 
still remember Barbara, would you send me an email message about 
Barbara.  Since she doesn't read my email, you can just send it to me. 
I will collect all these messages and give them to her on the 18th. 
 From past experiences, I know how she treasures these messages.  Thank
