I find it hard to believe that you, Barbara, will be 80 years old. As I 
remember you, I did not think there was that much difference in our ages, 
yet I will turn 70 myself this next year. It really is hard to think of all 
those youthful "revolutionaries" who are over the hill. Where are those 
"replacements" that have taken up the cudgel (sp?) and are fighting the 
"good fight?" The only place that I encounter people these days who are 
doing some of the same things we were doing is at the Westar Institute 
(Jesus Seminar) and most of them are not much younger than I am, and quite a 
few are as old or older! For me it is a time when I meet some of my former 
colleagues as I usually see Joe (sometimes Jean) Feiler, David Rebstock and 
Rod Rippel at these gatherings. I have a nephew who lives in Indianapolis 
and a couple of years ago I was there to perform his wedding ceremony. Were 
you there then? If I ever get back again I will surely look you up. Happy
