[Oe List ...] Dick's cartoon

I enjoyed the Dick's cartoon and the sites forwarded by the Maquires.   After listening for 10 days to all the great things Ronnie did as president the line that frustrated me the most was that Reagan transformed the foreign policy of the US from that of the Carter Administration.  I recall that Jimmy Carter is the only President before or after Reagon that can claim a major peace agreement in the Middle East, that of the agreement between Egypt and Israel. Most importantly it happened without another war or occupation.  Bush has set diplomacy back  at least a decade or more.
