Your preaching to the choir, my views exactly. <grin!> I've found a 
mailman option that strips all but certain MIME (Multipurpose 
Internet Mail Extensions) types, and converts HTML to text. We're 
experimenting to see if it works.

What's at issue is whether  we can stop the footer that mailman adds 
to the bottom of the message as showing up as an attachment.the 
footer. This is not a matter of HTML.
