[Oe List ...] OE list migration done

If you are getting this, you have been successfully migrated to the 
new dialogue list from the oe at topica.com list, the successor to ica-
dialogue. David Dunn will close down the old list soon.

You should have received a welcome message that explains how you can
manage your own list subscription. That email contains a password. 
You can use your email and the password to access the web page that 
lets you control your subscription.

I suggest the first thing you do is change the password to something 
you can remember. But don't use a valued password (e.g. one you also 
use for something important) because email security is not all that 
great.

You do NOT need the password to post to the list.

The list owners are Harry Wainwright and David Dunn. You can always
