[Oe List ...] Request for facilitation help

Greetings All!

This is Lynn Brailsford (aka Bailey) with a potential consulting/training
assignment for diversity training in Eastern Europe. 

The client is a global law firm based in NYC. English is the primary
language in all offices, however, there may be few staff people who are a
bit weak in English.  So I am looking for one or more facilitator(s)from
Eastern Europe with whom I can co-facilitate (as a sub-contractor to my
business) to adapt and deliver an existing U.S. based diversity training
program.  Also need translation services for both written and spoken
(simultaneous translation).  
 
Offices are in:
Brussels
Budapest
Frankfurt
Munich
Paris
Prague
Warsaw
 
Delivery is to approx 400 people
 
Deliverables include online needs assessment directed at everyone (need to
adapt an existing assessment for cultural issues), approx 15 one-on-one
interviews, approx 6 focus groups, summary doc of findings/recommendations,
then adaptation and delivery of training.  Surveys to be started in
September, training to be completed end of Jan 2006.
