Colleagues,

This concern is coming up recently.  Our colleague, Tabia Coulibaly, has
retired from the city of Detroit.  Her e-mail address which she had
subscribed to the OE list on Topica is still active on Topica.  Although
both the Dialogue and OE lists are no longer active, she had set her
subscription in Topica to digest.  Therefore, at least every day Topica
sends out a digest to any one who can still get messages from Topica which
is many of us.

Since she no longer works for the city of Detroit her e-mail address is
automatically replying to OE Topica informing the list of her new address.

Tim, David and I are working on the problem trying to deep six both of our
old lists.

The Dialogue on Topica shows no activity since May 2004.  The OE on Topica
has had recent activity from several colleagues with at least 18 messages.
Please do not post any messages from the OE Topica list nor reply to them.

We are working as fast as we can on this annoying problem for you.  My
recommendation right now is do not post any messages to this inactive list
and use your delete key liberally, by liberal I mean frequent!

Am I the only one receiving an OE at Topica (!) e-mail day after day after
day--now into week 2--from someone named Tabia Coulibaly telling us she has
retired from the City of Detroit and send all future correspondence to
jstewart @emptrain  etc.  
It seems like spam to me, but I can't remember who our colleague contact is
for e-mail-related concerns.  Would that person please respond? The rest of
you, go in peace!  Thanks.
