I appreciate Marilyn's words -- and also the direct spirit of confrontation
and challenge that never became sullen or vengeful (with a few notable
exceptions) in ongoing dialogue and relationships among us.  The focus was
always on the future.

Elizabeth/Betsy -- none of this portends ill for your future role, but
clarifies that the 'business' we do is intensely personal and allows little
in the way of hierarchy or formalities.
