The way that I justify the method being the key is that when an ICA person 
leads a workshop, all ideas count.  Every input from every person is taken into 
account.  Every person's wisdom is honored.  That is the key to our work in 
the villages, in businesses, in the church.  And it equates, theologically, to 
everyone being a beloved child of God.  And All is Good.  The method is not 
only key, it is the message.

I'm writing off the "top of my head".  I'll look forward to other responses 
to my statement.
