Dear Herman,

I talked with Winus by phone yesterday.  I had tried a number of times
previously, but hadn't reached him.  They had evacuated to Baton Rouge.

He lives with his sister in River Ridge.  The phone number is 504-737-6345.
He has horror tales of his beloved New Orleans, but is so grateful that
French Quarter was spared.
