[Oe List ...] From Prefects to SRC 1st edition

Dear friends and colleagues

Attached is a paper I was recently commissioned to write (for payment!).  It 
expanded from a 6-page history of state-level secondary student 
organisations in South Australia - to a 40+ page resource document for 
teachers and students.

I hope you enjoy some familiar frameworks, and some adaptations.  Any 
comments, news of discovered typos (I always found them after handing out a 
Science test!), and so on will be appreciated.  As you can see, I anticipate 
later editions as comments etc come in.
