We got a phone call from Bob and Cynthia Vance last evening. They are safe,  
their phones work, but they are "sitting in the dark"!  Once again, Miami,  
Ft. Lauderdale, et al., took a nasty hit.  Damage was not too bad,  according to 
Cynthia. They lost quite a few tree limbs, which are so much fun to  clean 
up. They also lost a lot of roof shingles and will probably need a  new roof.  
They hope to drive to the West Coast (FL) today or tomorrow to  their home in 
Venice until the electricity comes back on. Over 3 million in  FL are without 
power.
So glad they are safe.
