[Oe List ...] Fred Hess dies

Thanks for this sad information. Fred was a special man and I have 
fond memories of his work on both the West Side and Kemper. What a 
wonderful legacy he leaves the city of Chicago schools.

I just got my 2006 Directory and was very saddened by the list of 
memorials. So many good people I've known and respected over the 
decade of being in the Order.
