Dear Jeanette and Brian:
What a wonderful human spirit was Brian. Even the stones remember and
rejoice in his life's journey. Alice spent an interesting Academy time
with him in '72 and was often in awe of his pedagogy techniques. For
myself, I once saw and assignment sheet with a typo where he became
"Brain Stanfeld." For Some reason after that, I had a hard time keeping
a straight face even in his most serious episodes.
So Brain, we'll certainly miss your version of consciousness.
