[Oe List ...] Comprehensiveness Screen in Word

Hello people,

I've attached Word and PDF versions of a Comprehensiveness Screen.

We need to consult about the language used in the original subtitle phrase:
"An exercise in constructing the interior screen by which comprehensiveness
in thinking realized decision making."

That's the way I've always seen it and it has never made sense, so note the
phrase I've used. Do we think that the original phrase was just a syntax
mistake or was it intentional with a rationale?

Is there a better phrase than either the original or mine offered here?
