As you've probably noticed, and as you would expect from Joe,  the 
categories are arranged with a rationale. The left side are more practical 
and the right side, more theoretical. The central ones, "Special Emphasis" 
and "Specific Attention" are immediate while the outer boxes above and 
below are more long range. The upper are more intellectual and the lower, 
more spiritual. It was an effort to cover all the bases and make sure we 
kept our consciousness comprehensive. John Cock, didn't you work out an 
exercise using this?
