[Oe List ...] Movie nights

Dick and I saw Brokeback Mountain, then read the book....BOTH are  
fabulous examples of loving relationships.  I suggest that you  
context the movie ahead of time, suggesting that people read the book  
before coming for the evening; in that way, the gathering will be  
self-selecting and hopefully those that are homophobic (and  
vociferous about their stance) will choose to absent themselves.  In  
the conversation following, I would want to elicit the many, varying  
relationships portrayed in the movie.
