[Oe List ...] Order Polity document

Hello

I'd be happy to send a copy of the Golden Pathways HTML file to 
someone who wants to fix it up as a Word document, PDF or 
whatever.  That would be a lot easier than redoing and fixing up a 
scan. I could also send anyone the HTML to anyone that wants it. I 
could also put it on the wedgeblade site for anyone to download.
