[Oe List ...] Order Polity document

Well, off the bat, I notice there is no U in Ecumenical. :)  More importantly, the table of contents is correct in content, but all wrong in its "levels."  I typed up the first part of it as it is in the version I have to demonstrate how different it is.  I've attached that.  In a quick glance at the first page of text, it appears to be correct.  So that's what I can tell you about the comparison with the "original."
