I asked the folks who copyrighted "This Land is Your Land", and "Blowing in 
the Wind" and "Washington Square".  They all denied permission to publish a 
notation of the tunes with new words.  Most of the other are public domain 
nursery songs.  I thiink "Believe" would also be in that category--public domain--as 
an old folk tune.
