This probably won't help if Randy's e-mail was returned in October; but on August 1st I got a response from him (at the above address) to my e-mail about his August 1st Earthrise witness.  If he's till on the Earthrise list, Tom Bergdall may have the new address.  

Richard and I will be leaving Delaware and retiring--without stopping our work--to Chincoteague Island, on the VA section of the DelMarVa Peninsula.  I am not going to send you any changes to our address, not onlyl because the e-mails will remain the same, but also because we are not sure when we are going.  Our house here is on the market, but there is hardly any action at this time of year.  That, plus a new grand-child on the way in mid-November, means that we do not have a departure date set.  It could even be after January.  I will let you know when we move.
