[Oe List ...] Larry Henschen

The Kargus family sends out regards and prayers for the Henschen's family.

 

I don't remember Larry and Shirley starting the Detroit House.  But I do
remember Larry, Bill Norton, Art Leaker and myself

sitting in the Colloquium Room on the West Side during a Council, deciding
that we would support and commit ourselves and our

families to start the first religious house outside Chicago.  We were one of
the original four Religious Houses.  Larry and Shirley 

were part of the Framingham Congregational Church whose pastor had a cadre
of people there.  That year built a bond with the Henschen

 family that has long been remembered.

 

He has a great spirit and committed himself to being a Great Missional
Family in the movement and in the Order.
