[Oe List ...] seeking help with resources

Dear Colleagues -
I am trying to find a couple of resources from way-back-when which don't 
seem to have survived in our nest of family archives.   Can anyone help?

I am looking for two of the four Other World pictures.   I have found two on 
the net and downloaded them, namely the Mountain ("Red Fuji" by Katsushika 
Hokusai) and the Sea ("Great Wave" also by Hokusai).   Can anyone help with 
the Land and the River?  It would be a help even to know the names of the 
prints, and the artists.

Also, can anyone help me to get hold of the swirl, or spiral, of dots which 
helped us at one stage to get hold of the idea of a polity pattern that was 
the opposite of hierarchical or top down?  This I don't imagine will be on 
the net, but in someone's files or archive.  I'll gladly reimburse any costs 
involved.

On another topic, a reaction from down-under to the Virginia Tech business. 
The people I know, and the newspapers that I read, are grieving with your 
people.  And at the same time puzzling over your wild and woolly gun-laws - 
about like most of the readers of this listserve, I reckon.
