We are looking for a  reliable house sitter from August 5 to September 12 at 
our mountain home in  Spruce Pine, North Carolina. It is lovely here, mountain 
views and usually  quiet. We are right next to 2700 acres of untouched 
mountain woods. I can send  photos to anyone who is interested. It would be like 
being on  vacation. 
The job includes caring for 3 cats, two goats, 5  or 6 chickens and probably 
a donkey. The animals are easy to care for but have  to be fed each morning 
and let out into the pasture. Then brought back in at  night. One reward is 
fresh farm eggs daily! 
The person or persons must deeply love animals  and cats in particular. Our 
cats are spoiled - needing lots of petting and  love. 
There will also be some pay for the housesitter.  But there are some 
restrictions, like no smoking or alcohol and we would  prefer a vegetarian. Also no 
pets. 
We are looking locally but felt maybe there is  someone we already know who 
would like to do this.
