[Oe List ...] what is this?

I don't know what this really is, but the cryptic descriptions of content and format haven't helped me. My computer really messes up when I try to go there, so I think maybe it's some sort of worm. Especially when it's forwarded from list to list to list without much of a clue as to what this is.
  So guys, when you highly recommend something as an attachment etc., how about helping us out by vouching for its usefulness, value, and accessibility? Otherwise, and perhaps in spite of your imprimatur, you may be spreading a virus.
