[Oe List ...] new recording

My meditation double album is 7 meditations which use a variety of breathing
techniques depending upon the mood required for the day, plus some imagery
designed by the Sufi's.   These meditative comments were influenced by the
retreat we had at the Chicago House years ago, put on by a Sufi Master.

Hi del and Hi to Justin, I is always fun to see your name and messages on
the OE network.  What are your CD's like? When you say meditation, what
tradition do you lean on if any? Just wondering. I am interested in
them..hope all is well and that Justin is better he has been in our prayers
