Subject: Greetings and Compassionate Thoughts!

Reading all the messages in the wake of the ICA US board's decision to let
all program staff (and programs) go a few months ago, we want to join the
conversation just briefly and send our warmest greetings to all who have
been and continue to be on the march to stay awake and human. We have been
out and about in the world "post-Order" and now continue "post-ICA-US". One
thing we have learned is that nothing remains the same and nothing lasts
forever, except the mystery/being-itself/the unconditioned/the nameless
(whatever name is used only points to the moon‹it is not the moon).

Since we "went out" we have founded a nonprofit organization, guided it for
12 years, merged it with another nonprofit, watched it change, etc. Then we
started our own little company for self-support purposes but have been
delighted to learn that these methods, these life-changing,
organization-changing, culture-transforming methods that we have all been a
part of developing and refining these many years, are really what the world
needs and is crying out for even though it doesn't realize it. It was
difficult for us to believe what we were hearing, that the ICA board was
letting go in a real sense of the ToP Training curriculum and that the ToP
Trainers network will now be mostly responsible for continuing to spread the
methods and their use in organizations and society.

Perhaps we have this all wrong, but regardless, we will continue to use and
train in the ToP methods as long as we are able, and we sincerely hope that
our colleagues are committed to the same, until some new form or vehicle
emerges to carry on and expand this work. Meanwhile, we wish you all the
best year ever. Peace to you and the world!
